We include a small box of 'Thank You' treats for your furry friend with all our orders. Treats are for animal consumption only.   

Once you order has been placed we will process, pack and send you items(s) within 24 hours. Orders received before 12pm (midday) will be shipped that day. We send items Monday-Friday

We offer a free tracked courier delivery on all of our orders. No minimum spend required. This free service takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. You will be issued with the tracking details so you can see where you order is and when to expect delivery. You we also be contacted by the courier via email and/or text message with delivery updates.

If you want your order sooner, there is an express 48 hour tracked service starting at £1.99, or next day tracked delivery service which starts from £9.99. 

Please note all these services operate on working days only, Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

We have three options:     

1. Free tracked courier delivery 3-5 day service - £0
2. Express Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service - from £1.99
3. Royal Mail Next day tracked service - from £9.99 

How long will may order take to arrive?

This will depend on what day and time you placed your order, and what delivery service you have selected. Please note the following time scales are for working days only, weekends and bank holidays are not working days. 

1. Free tracked courier delivery takes 3-5 working day once dispatched
2. Express Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service takes up to 2 working days once dispatched
3. Royal Mail Next day tracked service takes up to 1 working day once dispatched

What is the latest time you dispatch orders?

• Orders placed before 12pm (midday) Monday-Friday, will be sent the same day. 
• Order placed after 12pm (midday) Monday-Thursday, will be sent the next day. 
• Orders placed after 12pm (midday) Friday, will be sent on Monday. 

What days do orders get delivered?

Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Some services may delivery on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed. 

What are non working days?    

Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are non-working days 

Do you post internationally?

We currently only post to mainland UK, Ireland and Isle of Man

What if my item is out of stock?

On rare occasions where stock is unavailable, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order and given a refund.
